ABOUT

Meet Jenna.

Woman in black gloves holding a syringe and signaling for silence

Aesthetic nurse. Keeper of secrets.

Subtle Enhancements, Because Your best look is still you.

With over 13 years as a Registered Nurse, I spent much of my career in pediatrics, where I learned the importance of making people feel comfortable, cared for, and truly listened to. In 2025, I made the move into aesthetic nursing, and quickly realized I had found something that felt like the perfect fit. I’m passionate about helping women feel refreshed, confident, and still completely themselves.

As a mom of three active boys, life is busy in the best way. Most days, you’ll find me on the sidelines of a field or at the rink, cheering them on. I feel incredibly lucky to live and work in this community, and I’m excited to bring personalized, elevated aesthetic care to the women around me.

Please Don’t Tell began as a concierge service, and that personalized approach remains at the heart of what I do. I’m excited to now also offer appointments at my own space within HighBrow Beauty in Framingham, while continuing to bring concierge treatments directly to you.

Whether you’re looking for a subtle refresh, a little skin reset, or simply some time for yourself, I want every appointment to feel easy, comfortable, and personal.

THE APPROACH

Natural. Refined. Personal.

Natural

Subtle, conservative dosing. We can always add; the goal is that no one can point to what changed.

Refined

Clinical training and a careful eye, with every treatment planned around your features.

Personal

One nurse, one client, one plan. You’ll always know who’s caring for you.
