Welcome to Please Don’t Tell PLLC (“Please Don’t Tell,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to the following Disclaimer & Terms of Use. Please read this information carefully before using our website or booking a service.
1. Medical Disclaimer
The information provided on this website is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is intended to help visitors learn about the aesthetic and wellness services offered by Please Don’t Tell.
Website content, including descriptions of treatments, potential benefits, before-and-after photographs, social media content, and educational materials, is not intended to replace individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.
Viewing this website, contacting us, or booking an appointment does not establish a provider-patient relationship. A provider-patient relationship is established only through the appropriate clinical intake, evaluation, and acceptance of care.
If you have questions about whether a treatment is appropriate for you, please consult with a qualified healthcare professional.
2. Registered Nurse & Medical Oversight
Please Don’t Tell is an aesthetic practice owned by Jenna Rosie, Registered Nurse (RN) operated under the clinical oversight of Alison Phelan, FNP-BC/APRN – Compass Beauty.
Aesthetic services are provided within the applicable scope of nursing practice, based on appropriate patient assessment, training, clinical protocols, and applicable medical orders and oversight requirements.
Where required, services are provided under the direction and oversight of the practice’s designated medical director and in accordance with applicable Massachusetts laws and regulations. The role of the medical director does not necessarily mean that the physician personally evaluates or treats every client.
Treatment eligibility, prescribing, and administration of prescription products are subject to applicable clinical requirements and individual assessment. Not every treatment is appropriate for every individual.
3. Treatment Information & Results
Descriptions of aesthetic treatments and wellness services on this website are intended to provide general information about available options. Individual results vary based on factors including anatomy, skin type, medical history, lifestyle, treatment selection, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
No specific result, degree of improvement, or duration of results is guaranteed.
Aesthetic treatments may involve risks, side effects, discomfort, downtime, or complications. These may include, depending on the treatment, bruising, swelling, redness, tenderness, infection, pigmentation changes, allergic reactions, skin irritation, burns, scarring, or other adverse effects.
Certain treatments may be inappropriate for individuals with particular medical conditions, allergies, medications, or other risk factors. A consultation and individualized assessment are necessary before treatment.
Separate informed consent and treatment-specific instructions will be provided when appropriate. Nothing on this website replaces those documents or the clinical discussion that takes place before treatment.
4. Prescription Injectable Treatments
Please Don’t Tell may offer cosmetic injectable treatments using prescription products, including Botox®, Dysport®, and Xeomin®.
These products are prescription medications and are administered only when clinically appropriate and in accordance with applicable prescribing, ordering, and administration requirements.
The use of any injectable product is subject to individual assessment, medical history review, treatment planning, and informed consent. Treatment outcomes and duration vary.
Botulinum toxin products can cause adverse effects, including injection-site reactions, headache, eyelid or brow drooping, and other complications. In rare cases, serious effects may occur, including difficulty swallowing or breathing. Seek emergency medical care for severe or concerning symptoms following treatment.
Information on this website is not a substitute for the official prescribing information or individualized medical advice.
5. Chemical Peels & Skin Treatments
Please Don’t Tell may offer VI Peel® chemical peel treatments and other skin rejuvenation services.
Chemical peels may help improve the appearance of certain skin concerns, but results vary and multiple treatments may be recommended depending on individual goals and clinical assessment.
Potential risks include redness, irritation, peeling, skin sensitivity, pigment changes, infection, and scarring. Appropriate treatment selection, preparation, and aftercare are important to minimize risk.
Clients must follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions and disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, recent procedures, and skincare products before treatment.
6. Vitamin Injections & Wellness Services
Please Don’t Tell may offer vitamin injections or other wellness-related services, subject to availability and individual eligibility.
Descriptions of vitamin injections and their potential benefits are for general informational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and no health benefit or outcome is guaranteed.
Vitamin injections are not appropriate for everyone. Risks may include injection-site reactions, infection, allergic reactions, and other adverse effects. Excessive or inappropriate vitamin administration may also cause harm.
Services are offered only when appropriate under applicable clinical requirements. Clients should disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, supplements, and allergies and consult their healthcare provider regarding questions about nutritional deficiencies or underlying medical concerns.
7. Product Names, Trademarks & No Endorsement
Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, and VI Peel® are names and trademarks associated with their respective owners.
These names are used on this website solely to identify products or treatments that may be offered by Please Don’t Tell.
